Description

Every business with employees must identify and assess the hazards to their safety and health, set measures and put both in writing: the workplace risk assessment under § 4 ASchG. Since 2013 psychological strain has expressly been part of it. The labour inspectorate checks it.

This course explains the duties in short lessons, with the paragraph for every statement and the Labour Inspectorate's guidance. Every lesson has narrated slides, a checklist to tick off and a quiz question. It starts with who must carry out an assessment and ends with a year's deadlines at a glance.

Who this course is for

  • Owners and managers of small businesses, from trades and offices to medical practices
  • Office and admin staff who keep the records and deadlines
  • Safety representatives and first aiders
  • Anyone who has inherited an assessment and isn't sure it's still right
